Persiapan SURVEY

Hmm... yap mencalonkan diri sebagai panitia halal bihalal... aku and partnerku yang hari ini barusan pulang dari Bengkulu... hehe... kita mau maen untuk survey...

Ngantuk sieh.. hiks... hmm mungkin jadi melek karena Depi bawa oleh-oleh... hehehehehe...
so surveynya dicoba ke arah selatan... karena kita kuliahnya di Jakal mosok.. makan-makannya juga di jakal... huu... ngumpet dari indahnya Jogja dong... wakakakakak....

Kami merangkap sie penggalangan dana, sie acara, sie humas, sie sie.. yang lain.. mpe cie cie... karena kami kece-kece... wakkakakaa... ampun.. deh...

Hmm.. ngomong2 nie... Depi apa kabar ya.. dah lama ga kutengok... tambah apa dia ya... hehhee jadi penasaran... hehehe... masalahnya kami sama-sama amnesia ilmu gempa... karena dah lama banget libur... hehehehe...

Hmm... kurang tidur ternyata juga bikin pandangan tak jelas... dah minus ni mata... tambah lagi.. blawur... jadi mesti jarak 1 meter baru aku tahu ooo.... disitu letak hitung.... oo... di situ letak pupil mata.... Hmm.... berkali-kali ja salah nyapa orang... karena sering kali... salah juga mengenali sosok tubuh dari teman-teman yang kukenal... apalagi klo waktu ku dikampus... ehehhehe ga sedikit adek kelas yang dah dari jauh senyam senyum ma aku dengan niat pengen nyapa... hmmm akunya yang jutek abis... setelah berjarak satu meter... baru aku yang sikapnya ramah.... wakakakakakkaa.... mereka pada sebel... and njulukin aku... Miss Jutek... wakakakakakkaakaka... belum tau aja mereka.. padahal... sejatinya... aku adalah.... "hahahahhaa"

He...hehehhee..... dah pernah periksa mata... ternyata mataku tuh silindris... heheheheh jadinya.... klo ngeliat baleho baleho di jalan tuh... BLAWUR.... ga bisa fokus.... terus ampun-ampun... and ampun.... klo misal pas pulang di waktu petang... apalagi klo sinar matahari pas warnanya kuning.... bisa-bisa bener-bener BLAWUR... alias RAKETOK... hmm.... makanya penderita minus ni dijulukin RABUN SENJA... karena rada susah ngeliat di waktu senja.... Hmm.... Cantik mana sih pake kacamata ma enggak pake kacamata....?????@($@#$_ Hmm... klo aku nilai... cantik kedua-duanya.... WAKKAKAKAKAKAAKKA..... Narzis.... hehehe...

Tips... yang rada jarang aku lakuin yang seharusnya aku lakuin u kesehatan mata adalah
1 minum jus wortel
2 nonton tv dengan jarak ideal
3 if di depan PC or laptop with ideal distance
4 baca buku sambil duduk
5 baca buku di tempat terang
6 latih beberapa kali untuk daya akomodasi otot-otot mata
7 kompreslah mata jika lelah
8 pijat daerah sekitar mata agar otot-otot sekitar mata dapat rileks
9 facial mungkin bisa membantu ^_
10 gunakan kacamata yang sesuai dengan minusnya...
